What is a PMMA arch?
PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) is a high-performance acrylic used extensively in medical and dental applications. The arch is designed digitally from your CBCT scan and digital impressions, then 3D-printed with millimeter precision. It attaches to your implants on surgery day.
PMMA arches have a typical lifespan of approximately 3 years before a reprint is recommended — not because they fail, but because the material naturally wears over time. Reprints from our archived design run $600, and the process does not require new impressions.
