What is full-arch implant replacement?

Full-arch implant replacement — sometimes called All-on-4 or All-on-X — uses four to six strategically placed implants to support a complete fixed arch of teeth. Unlike dentures, it does not come out. Unlike individual implants for every missing tooth, it does not require bone at every position.

Dr. Maidans places the implants and delivers a fixed temporary arch on the same day as surgery. After your bone heals — typically 4–6 months — your final prosthesis is placed. The result: a full mouth of teeth that looks natural and lasts a lifetime with proper care.
