Immediate Load · Fixed Teeth · IV Sedation
New teeth. Same day.
For qualified candidates, we place your implants and deliver a fixed temporary arch in as little as one appointment — all under IV sedation. You arrive with failing or missing teeth. You leave with something to smile about.
How same-day teeth work.
Same-day implants — also called immediate-load implants — are possible when bone quality and quantity allow the implant to achieve sufficient primary stability at placement. Dr. Maidans evaluates this with a 3D CBCT scan before your surgery date.
On surgery day, you are placed under IV moderate sedation. Dr. Maidans removes any remaining teeth, places the implants, and — if stability targets are met — delivers a fixed temporary arch before you leave the office. That temporary arch stays in place while your bone heals around the implants (typically 4–6 months). Your final prosthesis is then placed.
Important: “Same-day teeth” means you receive a fixed temporary arch the same appointment as surgery — not that treatment is fully complete. The final prosthesis is placed after healing. Some cases require staged surgery; Dr. Maidans will tell you at your consultation whether same-day loading is appropriate for your anatomy.
Consult prep: 5 quick questions.
These questions help Dr. Maidans prepare for your consult. They are not a medical screening and do not determine eligibility — only an in-office evaluation does that.
The only way to know is a consult.
