How it works.
We’re straightforward about money because you deserve to be. During your free consultation, Dr. Rus builds your treatment plan and gives you a clear, itemized cost breakdown. You know the total before any work begins. No estimates that balloon later. No hidden fees.
We are out-of-network with all insurance carriers. This is a deliberate choice — it allows Dr. Rus to spend the time each case actually needs, use the best materials, and provide IV sedation without the limitations insurance networks impose.
That said, you can still get reimbursed. We give you everything you need to file with your insurance, and most patients with out-of-network benefits recover a significant portion of the cost.
Payment options.
Direct payment
Pay at the time of service by cash, check, or credit card. Clear, simple, and no intermediaries.
HSA / FSA
All services qualify as eligible medical expenses. Use pre-tax dollars from your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account.
Financing
Monthly payment plans through trusted third-party financing. Some plans offer 0% interest for qualifying patients. Apply during your consultation.
Insurance reimbursement
We provide complete documentation for you to submit to your insurance. Most patients with out-of-network benefits recover 30–50% of their costs.
Why we’re out-of-network.
Insurance networks work by capping how much a dentist gets paid per procedure. To stay profitable within those caps, in-network offices have to see more patients in less time. That means shorter appointments, fewer options, and less flexibility.
We chose a different model. By staying out-of-network, Dr. Rus can:

Why are you out-of-network?

Can I still use my dental insurance?
Yes. You pay us directly and we provide all the documentation you need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Most patients with out-of-network benefits get back 30–50% of the cost depending on their plan. We’ll help you understand your benefits during the consultation.
Do you accept HSA or FSA?
Yes. All of our services qualify as eligible medical expenses for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). This is pre-tax money, which can significantly reduce your effective cost.
